A Guide to Our Many Twitter Personalities
It occurs to me that we are in command of an odd array of Twitter accounts. One or more of them may even be of interest to you. Here is a handy guide to help you pick your favorite:
- @philbarbato – The O.G. The Full Monty. I pull no punches and spare no details on this account. From cute pictures of the dog to wild f-bomb-laden rants about web design. Above of all, I endeavor to entertain and inform. RATED PG-13, Strong Adult Language and Humor of Questionable Taste.
- @whiskerbears – Meg and I both use this account to announce shows and sales. The Whiskerbears also like to discuss their travails in the studio and out and about with us. This account is automatically updated by posts to our Facebook fan page, which is, in turn, updated by this blog. So this is a good one to follow if you want the full stream in one place. RATED G, Completely (Almost Entirely, Mostly) Family Friendly.
- @pbdynamix – Your one-stop shop for terrible business advice. RATED PG, Meaningless Jargon and Inaccurate Statistics.
- @GrizLeighBear – Reminiscences of an aging hipster. Mostly wistful observations of 90′s indie-rock. RATED PG, Hazy Memories of Happier Times.
- @philssewingmchn – Phil’s disgruntled and allegedly overworked sewing machine airs his grievances. RATED PG-13, Foul Language and a General Lack of Respect.
- @365bears – A dedicated Twitter stream for our daily bear project. If you just want the bears and none of my BS, this is your feed. RATED G, Drawings of Bears in Uncompromising Scenarios.
